I haven't posted in what seems like a cadrillion years because the fam and I are out of town and I'm semi cut off from technology. Have to admit it's been nice to detach my fingertips from a keyboard for a while.
Hubby and I dropped the kids off at the in-laws' middle-of-nowhere-but-yet-surprisingly-shangri-la-like home on Lake Michigan and went on to our own get-away within a get-away vacation in Las Vegas.
We're all having a great time. I'll write more about all of the oh-so brilliant insights I gained during this sojourn when we get back next week.
